PRICES Prices in this web shop are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges (for information see =delivery charges). For logged-in overseas customers prices are shown exclusive of VAT.
ORDERING A conclusion of contract will only occur upon the customer’s confirmation by clicking “order” at the checkout. Up to that point, amendments will be accepted (number of items, manner of delivery, delivery address, invoice address, payment options) and the ordering process can be cancelled by using any chosen navigation key. A confirmation of order will be sent to the customer by e-mail, together with a link showing the order.
DELIVERY Goods are delivered upon receipt of payment (credit card, pre-payment).
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS The cancellation period is seven working days (MO-FR). No cancellations are accepted for B2B orders (between two traders***). No cancellations can be accepted for DVDs and VHS tapes once the packaging seal has been damaged by the customer. The cancellation period commences on the day of the customer’s receipt of the goods. We accept only written cancellations. Goods are to be returned by the customer and at the customer’s cost. The vendor reserves the right to apply a charge for the use of the goods and/or any decline in value.
